Taking care of large projects...
This was a joint project for three LIFT projects to a total value of £40m, to provide both local Health and Council services. We were involved in the projects from an early stage to provide product advice and selection, design and layouts and final installation. The brief for the three projects was to create a design-lead environment that was to enhance the ‘client experience’, by use of products and colours.
For all three projects we:
- Project managed and furnished 3 new LIFT schemes
- Created over 300 new working environments for employees
- Managed the specification, supply and installation
- Maintained communication and kept to all deadlines
- Supplied British manufactured and sustainable furniture
- Removed and recycled all packaging
The Gateway Centres in Salford were a tremendous success and are receiving national recognition. Due to our innovative approach and the way these centres are being received by the public, they have been shortlisted for the National LIFT Awards 2009, where NHS projects are appraised across the country.
