By building long-term relationships with community partners, we help deliver meaningful social value alongside every project.
Charity Partnerships
We are proud to support Central Youth Club Liverpool, helping provide young people with a safe, welcoming environment where they can build confidence, develop new skills and access positive opportunities.
Where appropriate, we also support charities, schools and community organisations by donating quality surplus office furniture. Through our Furniture Donation Hub, organisations can access furniture that still has plenty of life left, helping reduce waste while creating functional spaces for the people they support.
Alongside this, we support many of our customers' chosen charities through fundraising, volunteering and community initiatives, helping deliver positive outcomes where they are needed most.
Employee Volunteering
Our employees play an active role in supporting local communities.
Since introducing two weeks' paid volunteering leave in 2018, our team has contributed thousands of hours to worthwhile causes across the region.
Our volunteering includes:
· 1,900+ volunteering hours
· 900 hours supporting supermarket food collections and community initiatives
· Ongoing support for food banks, community centres, environmental projects and social enterprises
Through our volunteering in our communities’ programme, employees are encouraged to support causes that matter to them, helping strengthen the communities where we live and work.
Education and Skills Development

Working alongside our manufacturing partners, we host education days for school and college leavers, providing valuable insight into manufacturing, workplace environments and career opportunities.

Furniture Donations and Reuse
Giving office furniture a second life benefits both communities and the environment.
Where suitable, we donate surplus office furniture and equipment to charities, schools, community groups and social enterprises, helping organisations create practical, welcoming spaces while reducing unnecessary waste.

Working with organisations including Veterans HQ, Changing Lives Halton and other employability partners, we provide work experience and pathways into employment for people who may face barriers to work.
