First Choice Homes
First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) is responsible for Oldham council’s social housing stock. In 2011 they identified the need for a three storey purpose built headquarters situated on Union Street to accommodate FCHO’s 450+ employees. The new development wast to form part of Oldham Council’s wider regeneration plan within the area.
The overall interior design of the building was to offer an enhanced customer experience. Jenkinsons were appointed to provide furniture for the new building. Jenkinsons project team(under the guidance of Martin Baker), worked closely with Architects 5 plus and FCHO to provide product suggestions that enhanced and complemented the innovative design of the building.
Reception Area
The reception area at First Choice Homes gives welcoming and contemporary vibe. Featuring modern furniture, elegant design elements, and a cohesive color palette, this space is designed to make a great first impression.
Office
The space features ergonomic workstations, contemporary furniture, and thoughtful layouts, creating an efficient and comfortable environment that fosters productivity and collaboration.
Staff room
The staff room offers a cozy retreat with a relaxing ambiance. Decorated in soft, calming tones, this space features comfortable seating, provides a welcoming environment for our team to unwind and recharge during breaks.
